My personal recommendation is based on you having full approval of your healthcare provider.  Workout at your own pace.   Of course, you know your own limitations so don’t feel bad stopping and taking a break as needed.

IMPORTANT NEW USERS:  Begin with Summer Arms & Abs to get familiar with the equipment and the cords and a nice variety of exercise.

Try this routine for 2 weeks and then create your own program based on what you like best.

You can do 3X3FIT Workouts 7 days a week if you like.  But, minimum 3-4X a week is suggested if this is your only workout.

Monday:  Summer Arms & Abs

Wednesday:   TOTAL BODY SCULPT – Beginner Balance

Friday:   Chair Workout

Saturday:   AMPED UP I or II or PRECISION BODY SCULPT (or do combo of both doing 15 mins of each)

Intermediate to Advanced (those who work out consistently on a regular basis already)

 IMPORTANT FOR NEW USERS:  Begin with Summer Arms & Abs to get familiar with the equipment and the cords and a nice variety of exercise.   This one may seem easier to you but use full range of motion and you get a pretty intense to your entire body workout!

Based on 30-45 mins a day.  Feel free to do one workout and then add in part of another workout if you have more time.

Monday:  Summer Arms & Abs (LONG CORDS) & Core Burn I (Standard Short Cords 10”)

Tuesday:   AMPED UP II  (LONG CORDS) & Core Burn II (Standard 10” short cords)

Wednesday:  AMPED UP I  (LONG CORDS) & TOTAL BODY SCULPT – Beginner Balance (super duper glute burn!)  (LONG CORDS)

Thursday: DYNAMIC STRETCH & SCULPT (LONG CORDS)

Friday:  PRECISION BODY SCULPT III (LONG CORDS) & Core Burn III (Standard 10” cords)

Saturday:  COMBO!  45 mins of SUMMER ARMS & ABS, AMPED UP II & PRECION BODY SCULPT III

Sunday:   If you work out 7 days a week, pick you favorite of the workouts done during the week.
