BEST OVER-ALL: Dynamic Stretch & Sculpt, AMPED UP II

Most 3X3 FIT exercises will engage all muscle groups simultaneously, therefore raising your heart rate often to a cardio level.

It is recommended that you add cardio workouts 3X a week for 20 minutes for a well-balanced workout regime.
