Focus on the ARMS:

TOTAL BODY SCULPT Program

If you have limited selection of DVD workouts & do not have a desire to focus on any one area more than another.

Choose a different workout 3-5X a week for minimum 20- 30 minutes each workout.

*Mixing and matching your workouts will shock and challenge your muscles, giving you faster results. New workouts will become available every 60-90 days so make sure to check back on the website for new workouts.

*While most 3X3 FIT exercises will engage all muscle groups simultaneously with 3X3 FIT therefore raising your heart rate to a cardio level, it is recommended that you add cardio workouts 3X a week for 20 minutes for a well-balanced workout regime.
